No, there are no recordings allowed in any format. However, in cases of project-basis long-term consultations, we can provide weekly and monthly progress reports.
What information do I need to provide when initiating a contractual engagement?

We will guide you through the information needed during the onboarding process based on the nature of your project. Keep handy your company profile, last 6 months sales report, and problem statement to get started swiftly.
How do I schedule meetings with advisor/expert in project-basis plan?

You will receive a scheduled calendar with regular and automated sessions considering your availability and the plan of action designed by the expert. Our admin team will help you schedule and manage them.
Are there limitations on the number of consultation sessions I can schedule with the same advisor?

Respecting the advisor's availability, maximum 5 sessions can be booked with 1 advisor simultaneously. After which, we recommend you to onboard the advisor for your project.
What happens if an expert is unavailable for a scheduled session?

We will work with you to reschedule the session at a time that is convenient for both you and the expert.
Can I hire multiple experts for a contractual engagement?

Yes, depending on your project needs, you can hire multiple experts with separate contracts with each of them.
