Founder's Story
With a career of four decades spent across diverse sectors and Ministries in the government, particularly in handling commercial and economic portfolios, Mr. Raghav Chandra, an ex-IAS officer, grounded in public policy and regulatory analysis, and with a phenomenal network of public policy experts, has perceived the challenges facing Indian industry and the urgent need to resolve them
On one hand there is a new momentum for FDI, innovation and collaborations, on the other hand, the new Bankruptcy and Insolvency law had come in, balance sheets of banks have been cleaned rigorously and disclosure and corporate governance norms have become more stringent. At a time like this, it is imperative for companies to get the correct guidance about government policies and regulatory decision-making even before they go to law firms for terminal help.
As the former Chairman of NHAI and Secretary of the Government of India, with an extensive network of contacts in the government and outside it, Mr. Chandra decided to leverage his insights of government and to associate other former civil servants and experts. What has emerged is CUNSULT a dedicated platform for helping industry to connect instantly with regulatory and other experts across multiple sectors
Mr Chandra has made it a convenient to resolve the regulatory difficulties of budding entrepreneurs, start-ups, medium and large firms. CUNSULT will help decode government policies, provide regulatory guidance and help industry connect with experts, particularly in the regulatory sectors.
Motivated by this vision of giving back, Mr. Chandra and his team have founded CUNSULT, with the mission to bridge the gap between the Indian industry and the Indian government/regulatory system. Since its inception, CUNSULT has successfully fulfilled regulatory and advisory requirements of hundreds of entities
