Cancellation & Refund Policy

We stand for customer satisfaction and this policy allows us to deliver high-quality services. All our offerings at Cunsult are intangible therefore no return, transfer, or modification requests shall be applicable. Our services are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-negotiable.

 

In exceptional cases, with a special grant or consideration from our directors, 1234 Intellimap Private Limited may extend a friendly relaxation for helping our long-lasting B2B relationships. However, the refund policy stays the same and the merits of the case will help decide the matter.

 

 

Conditions for refund:
 

The deadline for canceling an order is 15 days days prior the date of commencement of service.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Refund Timeline:

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement
