The cunsult.in website is owned by 1234 Intellimap Private Limited, which acts as the Data Fiduciary in respect of your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act").

We have adopted this Privacy Policy, which determines how we process the information collected by cunsult.in and explains why we collect certain personal data about you. You should therefore read this Privacy Policy before using the cunsult.in website.

The right to grievance redressal — to raise a complaint with us regarding our handling of your personal data or your rights requests (see "Grievance redressal" below).

Information security

We store the information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorised access, use, modification, and disclosure of personal data in our control and custody. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the affected Data Principals and the Data Protection Board of India as required under the DPDP Act. However, no method of data transmission over the Internet or a wireless network can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Legal disclosure

We will disclose any information we collect, use, or receive if required or permitted by law — such as to comply with a summons, court order, or similar legal process — and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a lawful government request.
